Who We Are

When you work with us, we like to get to know you. You don’t have to work with a nameless, faceless design firm somewhere across the country. We invite you to come right down to our office and talk to our team in person. That’s right— we do our work right here in-house. Not only do we have the technical know-how and years of experience in graphic design and website development, we have college-trained graphic designers, an illustrator, and savvy developers on-staff.

In the winter, break out the vinyl and listen to old music the way it was meant to be listened to. Soon as I see sun, go for a long motorcycle ride.

What are you personally passionate about?

    The environment.

    Special talents at work
    • Keep the network running smoothly in-house
    • Replace all the light bulbs that burn out (our extra tall ceilings require someone over 6 feet tall to reach them and the rest of the Formations team does not measure up)
    • Overload the team with all the latest news about Joomla
    • Photoshop retouching/edits— I started using Photoshop with version 1

I really like sending projects to press. My background is in printing. I enjoy working with our printers to make sure we get the technical details correct. I like visiting our printers during press checks. It’s great to see our work go live and to get a hands-on look at how design decisions affect the production process. I also like working on web projects. Self-education has become a necessary part of web design. Things change so fast. I find that very invigorating. It’s very exciting to see a new web project go live.
